2. Ordering and Order Acceptance

A contract between you and hot tubHome LLC for the sale of a product will only exist once your order has been accepted, which occurs when we send you an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.
2.2. Product Availability and Pricing:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We offer a 90-DAY return window for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date.
4.2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions: Custom-made items, sale items, final clearance items, gift cards, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable.
 
4.3. Return Shipping Fees (GMC Requirement)

Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse): The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will provide a prepaid return label at no additional cost.
 
4.4. Restocking Fee (GMC Requirement)
We DO NOT charge a restocking fee. No restocking fees apply.
4.5. Refund Processing Time (GMC Requirement)
Once your return is received and inspected:
