1. General Policy and Duration of Withdrawal

 

As an operator based in the United Kingdom, we adhere to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which grant consumers a statutory right to cancel a purchase.

While the legal minimum period for this Right of Withdrawal is 14 days, Arac arcade1up  LLC offers a significantly extended return window:

  • Extended Withdrawal Period: You have 90 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods to exercise your Right of Withdrawal.

 

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

3. Effects of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract within the 90-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, if applicable).

 

3.1. Refund Processing

 

  • Restocking Fee (GMC Requirement): We DO NOT charge a restocking fee. No restocking fees apply.

  • Refund Timeline: We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods. The funds will typically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

3.2. Return of Goods

 

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

 

3.3. Costs of Returning Goods (GMC Requirement)

 

  • Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse): The consumer is responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

 

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Items marked as final clearance or non-returnable
